Decentralized Sovereignty Across Agricultural Scales

  • Hydro Puls Direct-Drive (HPDD) Compression Core: Replaces high-maintenance mechanical gas compressors with a 600-bar direct-drive liquid-piston intensifier, completely bypassing fragile reciprocating compressors and eliminating mechanical surge wear.

  • Wüstite-Iron Catalytic Core & HYG Thermal Stabilization: Eliminates the need for fragile, expensive Ruthenium catalysts and intermittent power cycles. The reactor is wrapped in a proprietary HYG-Z-001 thermal jacket that neutralizes hot spots and permanently locks the internal environment at a stable 400°C–450°C. This precise isothermal control enables the system to utilize a highly durable, low-cost Wüstite-based Iron (Fe) catalyst driven by continuous baseload biogas.

  • 100 kWh LFP Thermal Shield Buffer: A dedicated energy storage microgrid buffer acts as an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to guarantee 99.5% operational uptime. It absorbs high-torque inrush spikes from the hydraulic intensifiers and maintains the 400°C catalyst bed temperature during temporary maintenance to prevent destructive thermal shock.

  • Inherent Safe-State Aqueous Absorption: Synthesized ammonia gas is instantly sparged into an unpressurized liquid carrier stream at standard ambient pressure (14.7 psi). By avoiding high-pressure bulk gas storage, the system operates strictly below OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Program hazardous materials audit thresholds.

  • Precision NPK Mineral Formulation: Autonomously blends locally sourced macronutrients (Phosphorus, Potassium) and essential micronutrients (Zinc, Iron, Sulfates) directly into the aqueous stream. Integrated with LoRaWAN soil telemetry, it delivers closed-loop, zero-runoff drip fertigation directly to the root zones.
